The statistics in the real estate industry are horrible for real estate agents. Many agents get started and never see a full year of experience as they struggle to get going, struggle to stay afloat,
and struggle to market correctly. The main problem: most agents are in "General Real Estate".
First, fold both ends of the black radio communications
paper into the middle. Turn over the paper and decorate the front like a haunted house.
(You can tear the tissue into a small piece and decorate it like a ghost.) For "open-flap" windows and doors, fold small pieces of paper in half and glue in place. You can also glue a "dead" tree
behind the house (behind the flaps, on the inside) or on the side of the house and a yellow moon with a bat in it (up on top). Now, stand up the house, and you have a spooky, haunted house!
On December 8, 2012, from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m., the City of Creve Coeur will host Gingerbread Express, a gingerbread house building activity for kids ages 4 through 12. The event takes place at the
Tappmeyer House inside Millennium Park at 2 Barnes West Drive. As children work on their gingerbread houses, they can enjoy hot cocoa and apple cider too! The cost for residents is $9; non-residents
pay $12. To register, call 314-432-3961.
Given that we already have several builders - professionals and cowboy builders, how will you be able to recognize that you are choosing the best one?
There are many types of pool tables, and one type that's quite distinct from the usual variety is the Carom billiard table. A Carom table, for example, has a slate bed that's close to two inches
thick. The tournament regulation for typical pool tables in the U.S. is a slate bed thickness of at least one inch. There's also a temperature regulation for Carom tables which is that the slate bed
to be heated to about nine degrees F above room temperature. The slate is given this heat treatment because the game
demands a completely dry surface. When you play on a Carom table, you want the balls to roll as fast as possible, and this demands a dry surface.
